Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original containers, ensuring all seals are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip or RMA confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier of your choice to send the package back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
